TYPE OF OFFSHORE VESSELS
Platform Supply Vessels (PSV)
PSV is use for supply vessel which they will carry many type cargo. Example, mini container, gas rack, provision for platform and others.
Multi-purpose Supply vessels
Multipurpose supply vessel are similar to the Platform Supply Vessels but are fitted with additional systems for example, for sub-sea inspection, maintenance and repair.
Anchor Handling vessels
These are used to towing and anchor handling for offshore rig or platform.
Seismic vessels
Vessel that is under seismic operation to survey any pipeline or underwater object that is regarding to oil and gas industry or to determine depth of the sea level.
Crew boats
Vessel that is use to carry crew of any installation, platform or rig from installation to shore / installation to installation / from installation to shore.
Safety / Standby vessel
Vessel that is use for standby for any installation or platform in case of emergency or any assist required.
